you will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify
capability needs, design impactful learning solutions, and support employees
throughout their development journey. You will manage learning programs,
collaborate with external providers, and help build future-ready skills across
the organization. This role is particularly suited to someone with exposure to
Technology, Engineering, or IT environments, who understands emerging technology
trends and can translate business and technical needs into effective learning
