és a falak körbe lettek szigetelve. A ház melegét az alsó szinten kialakított
hangulatos cserépkályha biztosítja, amely a hidegebb napokon a felső szintet is
bemelegíti. Valamint a felső részben kiegészítő fűtésként  egy hűtő-fűtő
klímaberendezés is van. A hátsó udvaron található egy 15 m2-es faház, valamint
egy kerti kiülő és egy grillező rész is. A telken körülbelül 25 db gyümölcsfa
található, melyek többsége magyar fajta, és térképpel vezetett a telepítése. A
ház mellett lévő körbekerített füves, 3310m2 nagyságú telek is ide tartozik,
amin jelenleg egy kisebb pince található. A telkek mindkét vége aszfaltos útról
megközelíthető. A területen bővített ipari áram lett kiépítve, valamint van egy

Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Elektroboiler. Die Türen und Fenster
wurden ebenfalls erneuert, alle aus isoliertem Doppelholz. Das Dach und die
Wände wurden rundum isoliert. Beheizt wird das Haus durch einen gemütlichen
Kachelofen im unteren Stockwerk, der an kälteren Tagen auch das obere Stockwerk
wärmt. Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage für den oberen Teil des Hauses. Im
Hinterhof gibt es einen 15 m2 großen Holzschuppen, eine Gartenbank und einen
Grillplatz. Auf dem Grundstück stehen etwa 25 Obstbäume, die meisten von ihnen
ungarische Sorten, und die Bepflanzung ist auf einer Karte verzeichnet. Neben
dem Haus gibt es noch ein eingezäuntes, grasbewachsenes Grundstück von 3310 m2,
das derzeit einen kleinen Keller hat. Beide Enden der Grundstücke sind über eine
asphaltierte Straße erreichbar. In dem Gebiet wurde ein erweiterter
Industriestromanschluss installiert und es gibt auch einen kleinen Holzschuppen.
Diese größere Fläche bietet weitere Möglichkeiten für Landwirtschaft, Gartenbau
